Terms of use
These terms cover this website. They are not the terms under which we deliver software — those live in a signed agreement. Last updated 8 September 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by LumosTech B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, trading as JeeBoard. Contact details are on the contact page.
2. What this site is
Information about our services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. A binding agreement between us arises only from a written contract signed by both parties.
3. Accuracy, and the limits of it
We take some care with this site. In particular, statements about standards and regulations name the instrument and the date so you can verify them, and we have tried not to overstate what our software does.
Even so: regulatory positions change, our reading of them is not legal advice, and technical descriptions here are general rather than specific to your deployment. Do not rely on this website for a compliance decision, an architecture decision or a procurement decision without confirming it with us in writing and, where it matters, with your own advisers.
4. Third-party references
We name other companies, products and standards for comparison and context. Those names belong to their respective owners, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and our characterisations reflect publicly available information at the time of writing. If you believe we have described your product unfairly, write to us and we will correct it.
5. Our material
The text, diagrams, code and design of this site are ours. You may read, print and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a system that reproduces it substantially. The typefaces used are licensed from their authors under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Availability
We make no promise that this website is available, uninterrupted or error-free. Availability commitments for deployed systems live in the relevant service agreement and are stated against a defined measurement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes arising from this website are for the competent court in the district in which our registered office lies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and material changes are reflected in the date at the top.
