All services provided by Jeeboard are governed under the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Any legal dispute or interpretation arising from the use of Jeeboard products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any dispute arising from the operation or interpretation of this framework shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts located in the Netherlands.
2Service Scope & Limitation of Liability
Jeeboard provides a technology stack comprising display hardware, cloud-based content management systems, software interfaces, template tools, and network connectivity components intended to support digital signage needs. While we maintain and deliver these elements with professional care, their implementation, configuration, and ongoing utilization fall under the responsibility of the user.
Jeeboard is responsible for:

- • Software platform functionality
- • Content support systems
- • Network provisioning
Clients are accountable for:
Any business, ethical, legal, or technical outcome resulting from their independent use or misuse of these services. Maintenance of lawful use, compliance with advertising codes, business outcomes, and consumer reactions.
3Content Responsibility
Important: Jeeboard does not review or monitor client-submitted content in advance.
All display content, schedules, messaging, or branding uploaded to the platform, programmed through the dashboard, or otherwise broadcasted through our hardware is solely managed and controlled by the user.
Users remain solely liable for the legality, appropriateness, and commercial impact of the content they upload or display. Jeeboard exercises no editorial oversight over client-generated content and expressly disclaims any liability for material that may be unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.
Users are expected to secure all necessary permissions, licenses, and content rights before broadcasting material via the Jeeboard ecosystem. Should any dispute or legal issue arise from such content, the full burden of responsibility lies with the user.
Businesses, organizations, and individuals engaging with Jeeboard must ensure that the use of these services complies with any and all applicable regulations, including commercial communication laws, advertising standards, content restrictions, and industry-specific codes.
4Content Moderation Policy
Content moderation may occur post-factum in exceptional cases where complaints, ethical concerns, or technical failures demand intervention. We reserve the right to review, delay, or remove content that disrupts the technical operation of our platform or is in clear violation of broadly accepted ethical standards.
