Acceptable use

What is not acceptable on this website and on services we host. Last updated 8 September 2026.

Scope

This policy covers the jeeboard.eu website, its contact form, and any service we host on your behalf. Where a signed service agreement says something different, that agreement wins.

Do not

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, its underlying host, or any account or system connected to it.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission. If you want to test, ask — see the disclosure section below, we will usually say yes.
  • Interfere with availability: denial of service, resource exhaustion, or automated request volumes that degrade the service for others.
  • Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, chain messages, malware, phishing content or anything unlawful.
  • Harvest addresses or personal data from this site, by automated means or otherwise.
  • Scrape the site at a rate or volume that a reasonable person would consider abusive. Reading it, indexing it, and quoting it with attribution are all fine.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation when contacting us.

On hosted services

Additionally, do not use a system we host to store or display content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, or that presents individual performance data in a way you have not cleared with your works council or your data protection function. We will raise it with you rather than act unilaterally, but we will raise it.

Responsible disclosure

If you find a security issue in this website or in software we have delivered, please tell us at info@lumostech.nl with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within two working days, keep you informed, and credit you if you would like us to. Please do not access data that is not yours, degrade the service, or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We will not pursue action against anyone who follows this in good faith.

If this policy is breached

We may block access, and where a breach is serious or unlawful we may report it. For hosted services, the consequences are those set out in the relevant service agreement.
