JeeBoard is the digital signage practice of LumosTech B.V., in Tilburg. We are a small software team, and this is the part of our work we have specialised in far enough to put a name on.
Position
Why a signage company that is really a software company.
There are two kinds of supplier in this market. There are display and installation businesses, who are very good at panels, mounts, cabling and the physical realities of getting a screen onto a wall. And there are signage platforms — subscription products built for thousands of customers at once, which is the only sensible way to build one.
We are neither. We write the software, we do not sell hardware, and we are entirely happy to work alongside whichever installer you already use — in most projects that is the right division of labour and not one we want to disturb.
What we bring is the part nobody in that arrangement owns: a system shaped around how your organisation actually publishes, that is still being used in year four rather than showing something from March.

What we can and cannot tell you here.
We have built and operated systems of this kind across more than one setting — small estates and distributed ones, hosted by us and hosted inside a customer's own network.
You will not find a logo wall or a case-study library on this site. Some of that work sits under agreements that do not permit it, and frankly the rest would tell you very little: a logo proves that somebody signed a contract, not that the deployment worked.
What we will do instead is walk you through the relevant projects properly on a call — the constraints, the decisions we would make differently now, and what went wrong. That is a longer conversation and a much more useful one, and if you need references at contract stage we will arrange them.
How we operate
Six commitments, in plain language.
These are the things we would want a supplier to tell us, so they are the things we tell you.
We say no to work that does not fit
If a handful of screens with simple content is all you need, an off-the-shelf subscription will serve you better and cost less. We will point you at it rather than reshaping our product description around your budget.
An engineer is in every meeting
Including the first one. You will not spend two calls with someone who has to take your technical question away and come back with an answer.
We write down what we do not know
Discovery output includes an open-questions list and an assumptions list, both of which are usually more valuable than the estimate attached to them.
Your data stays yours, and stays put
We can host the system, or it can run entirely inside your own network. A signage system needs nothing about the people who walk past it, and ours does not ask.
No lock-in we would not accept ourselves
Ordinary export formats, standard hardware you own, source escrow on request, and licensing that does not switch your screens off when a renewal lapses.
We tell you when we get it wrong
Including when the mistake is expensive and we could plausibly have said nothing. This is not a differentiator so much as the minimum, but it is worth stating.
